For the writers among you, there are a decent amount of opportunities to make some extra money submitting your poetry, short stories, and essays to various anthology projects throughout the year! Starbucks is one of the rare employers out there with a dress code policy that allows for diverse gender expressions, hairstyles, tattoos, piercings, etc. Further, while not as expansive as it’s US counterpart, trans employees are able to get some of their HRT, medications, and mental health support costs covered.
